not knit by me

Jenny is a really knit-conscious two year old, and wanted me to show off her new dress knit by "besteBjørg" - her favourite great aunt. She has worn it more days than not, and every time I help her button the back she makes sure to tell me who knit it. And to comfort me by telling me that she really do like the mittens I knit her as well, she just don't want to wear them.

Flower buttons

My knitting budget was already spent when I found Jen's favourite buttons in a smaller size. But I think I will have to go back for them, imagine how pretty they will be down the back of a spencer dress in spring colours?
